To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at order@inabo.se within the stipulated time of 14 days from the day you received the goods from us. Include your order number and the name of the product you wish to return, and we will provide you with further instructions.

Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unworn, with all original packaging materials (shoe box, labels, etc.). We recommend trying the shoes on a carpeted or soft surface to protect the outsoles and avoid scratches.

INABO offers free exchanges and will cover the shipping cost for sending the item back to our warehouse and for the new item being sent to you. If you wish to return a product for a refund, INABO will arrange the return. A fixed return handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling. The deducted amount (per pair) is SEK 100 within Sweden, EUR 20 within the EU, and EUR 50 for the rest of the world.

Please note that the original shipping fee paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable and will not be credited upon return. The refund will be made through the original payment method. Any additional charges, taxes, duties, or levies will not be refunded.
